Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operations & Property Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all short-term rental properties.
  • Coordinate cleaning, laundry, and maintenance schedules to ensure properties are guest-ready.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high property standards.
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes (including self-check-in setups).
  • Guest Relations & Customer Service
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.
  • Provide a seamless guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure positive reviews.
  • Marketing & Revenue Management
  • Create and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
  • Adjust pricing strategies using dynamic pricing tools to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage online reputation and guest reviews across platforms.
  • Compliance & Legal
  • Ensure all properties are licensed with the Dubai DET (Department of Economy and Tourism) for short-term rentals.
  • Maintain up-to-date property permits and pay applicable tourism fees.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai’s short-term rental laws, safety standards, and building regulations.
  • Financial Management
  • Monitor income, expenses, and profitability for each property.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management/owners.
  • Oversee vendor payments (cleaning companies, maintenance, utilities).
  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping, maintenance staff, and guest support teams.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in hospitality, hotel management, or short-term rental operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
  • Familiarity with Dubai DET licensing and tourism regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify)
