Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.0 Programme Administration, Planning, Implementation and Coordination
- Supports REPAC Programme operations/administration in all concerned Fields of Operations i.e. supports administration, planning, implementation and coordination to achieve the goals and objectives of an effective and efficient REPAC Activities.
- Supports the achievements of outputs in line with the approved REPAC work plan/activities as per signed financing agreements, through day-to-day administration, coordination, effective communication and follow up with the Field Operations (FOs) on implementation of REPAC projects.
- Supports coordination, planning, and communication with Field Offices, relevant departments in HQ Amman (i.e. ICID, Finance Department, Department of Planning, External Relations and Communications Department etc.) for ongoing and future REPAC phases.
- Supports the preparation of disbursement payment requests ensuring correctness and quality of these documents including REPAC project expenditure reconciliation and expenditure forecasts, extension requests and other essential required documentation for ongoing and future REPAC phases, as per the signed financing agreements.
2.0 Monitoring and Reporting
- In coordination with the respective FOs, supports the preparation and execution of field monitoring visits/exercises and evaluation of the REPAC project activities.
- Provides support in the preparation of REPAC periodic narrative and financial progress report; needs assessments, technical briefs, status report, expenditure reports and any other ad-hoc reports/documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leads the ICID-HQA REPAC periodic narrative and financial progress reports status report, expenditure reports and any other ad-hoc reports/documents for internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent is the ICID-HQA REPAC report focal point.
- Manages and updates the risk registry, under the supervisor s guidance and coordinates with the Fields to identify risks and issues; follows up on and brings special issues requiring attention to the supervisor.
3.0 Knowledge Building and Management
- Participates in knowledge and other related networks to draw on best practices and lessons learned in contexts similar to and/or applicable to REPAC areas of operation (Jordan, Lebanon, West Bank, Gaza and Syria).

Desired Candidate Profile
An advanced university degree (Master s or equivalent) from an accredited educational institution in business administration, project management, international relations/development or a related discipline.
At least five years of relevant experience in supporting, developing, coordinating and managing projects is required. Demonstrated knowledge in financial and managerial project management including budgeting and reporting is required. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
