Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide repair services for industrial automation equipment such as PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, and VFD drives.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing installations to identify root causes of problems.
- Perform repairs on-site at customer locations or in our workshop depending on the complexity of the issue.
- Collaborate with sales team to provide solutions for customers' needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs completed and parts used during the process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in industrial automation industry with expertise in repairing PLCs, servo drives, HMIs, VFD drives.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation principles and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using logical problem-solving skills.
