Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Correct assembly errors, fastening defects, scratches, and dents occurring during the vehicle manufacturing process to restore the product to normal condition.
  • Correct defects when detected or communicate issues to preceding and subsequent processes to ensure quality compliance.
  • Remove and reinstall damaged parts without damaging other parts
  • Restore vehicle in accordance with quality standards and reference measurements.
  • Measure and verify dimensional accuracy before and after repairs.
  • Analyze root causes of defects and provide feedback to related departments.
  • Comply with safety protocols while handling high-temperature or high-force equipment.
  • Physically fit with strong attention to detail and problem-soving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and perform overtime when required.
  • Can weld parts of body without damaging other parts and have a welding license
  • Can restore dent of body surface and paint body without mark and stain
  • Should understand electrical circuit diagram and correct the cause of electrical system defects

Desired Candidate Profile

* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR High School Graduate (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Assembly Shop Repairs or Auto Repair Shop

Skills

* Automobile maintenance, vehicle modification,

* assembly/disassemblyProblem-solving and attention to detail

Knowledge: Ability to read basic drawings and electrical circuit diagrams

Certificates: Automobile Maintenance Technician License (preferred)
