Job Overview:


The Replenishment Officer is responsible for maintaining optimal store inventory levels to ensure alignment with targeted customer service standards, forecast accuracy, and safety stock requirements.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Inventory Management and Replenishment:


- Review and ensure previous transfers are updated and closed in the system.


- Update shelf capacities on Navision to reflect current stock levels.


- Create all allocations received from the supply team.


- Manage allocations related to cross-dock purchase orders by the supply team.


- Create Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders related to general merchandise and loyalty items.


- Ensure daily inventory is accurately done and updated.


Stock Availability and Coordination:


- Follow up with stores regarding low stock, out-of-stock (OOS), and overstock items.


- Conduct weekly spot checks on stores to ensure product availability on shelves and check stock status in backdoors.


- Coordinate with the supply team to monitor stock availability in the central warehouse versus store needs.


- Ensure daily replenishment is carried out as per the preset schedule.


Supplier and Warehouse Coordination:


- Coordinate with suppliers regarding allocations, store stock issues, and product availability.


- Ensure that all cross-dock purchase orders are received by the central warehouse on time.


- Create import replenishment orders based on the preset schedule.


- Follow up on all import shipment arrivals and create related Transfer Orders as necessary.



Qualifications:


- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in in replenishment, inventory management, or a related role, ideally within retail, wholesale, or distribution industries


- Bachelor s degree in business administration or any related field
