Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Replenishment Officer is responsible for maintaining optimal store inventory levels to ensure alignment with targeted customer service standards, forecast accuracy, and safety stock requirements.

Review and ensure previous transfers are updated and closed in the system.

Follow up with stores regarding low stock, out-of-stock (OOS), and overstock items.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding allocations, store stock issues, and product availability.
