Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The reporter will undertake the following tasks.

Take notes of the proceedings of the meetings and capture content accurately and to a sufficient level of detail.

Prepare the minutes of the meetings in clear, concise, and as per the agreed format within 2 days after the meeting is held.

Prepare monthly reports of the meetings briefs (as per the agreed format) of all the meetings attended within the month.

Prepare reports or undertake assignments as assigned by the Manager, OQM relevant to the conduct of the Operations Management Committee Secretariat.

Prepare presentations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in a relevant discipline, ideally in English, technical writing, or communications

At least three (3) years of progressively advanced experience in writing, editing, and proofreading technical documents on several topics and sectors.

Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Office suite applications.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is required.

Previous working experience with international organizations is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Languages needed: English
