Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop project performance dashboards and reports to support project and program visibility.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources, including project plans, timesheets, and risk logs.
  • Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain reporting tools, templates, and visualization standards to ensure consistent communication.
  • Support the PMC in tracking and analyzing key KPIs such as budget variance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with project managers and functional teams to validate data and improve reporting quality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting automation and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, project analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience working with project management data (e.g., schedules, KPIs, financials) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
