Lead and improve the prepress workflow and introduce automation wherever possible.

• Create and manage a proper tracking system for daily work orders as per the production schedule and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Regularly communicate project updates and job status with managers and the customer service team.
• Talk to customers when needed to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns.
• Record problems like machine downtime and note the steps taken to fix them.
• Check and ensure that artwork is prepared correctly as per customer requirements.
• Help customers with all their printing-related needs.
• Supervise the maintenance of all repro department machines.
• Update repro department software after getting approval from management.
• Handle ordering of all consumables (plates, chemicals, screens, papers, toners, cartridges) and check their quality before use.
• Support continuous improvements in customer supply chain processes to make operations smoother and enhance customer service.
