Scope of Work:
- Manufacturing custom residential furniture according to the approved designs and specifications.
- Supplying the furniture within the specified project timeline.
- Commitment to high-quality finishes, materials, and professional workmanship.
Pricing Requirements:
For factories located within Riyadh:
- Supply
- Installation
- Warranty
For factories located outside Riyadh:
- Supply
- Secure packaging suitable for shipping and export
Required Documents:
- Commercial Registration or business license.
- Company profile and portfolio.
- Technical proposal.
- Financial proposal.
- Expected project timeline.

Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants must have proven and distinguished experience in manufacturing custom residential and villa furniture.
Factories specialized in mass commercial production or large-scale economical furniture will not be considered.
