Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Coordinating between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments

  • Preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules and work programs

  • Tracking project progress and generating regular progress reports

  • Assisting in project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation

  • Ensuring timely submission and tracking of drawings, reports, and documentation

  • Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and correspondences

  • Supporting project managers in day-to-day coordination and execution activities

  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables

  • Identifying potential delays/risks and proposing mitigation strategies

  • Monitoring milestones and ensuring adherence to project deadlines

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Good understanding of construction / fit-out processes

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

  • Attention to detail and documentation control


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination / planning (preferably in construction or interior fit-out)

  • Experience with project scheduling and reporting tools

  • UAE experience preferred (if applicable)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Primavera / Aconex / other project management systems

  • Experience in handling tenders, BOQs, or estimation support

  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards

Working Conditions:

  • Combination of office and site-based work

  • May require site visits and coordination with multiple stakeholders
