Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee site operations and collaborate with site managers and construction teams across multiple sites.
• Budget Management:Work closely with the finance department to prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures. Regularly communicate updates regarding budget variations and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all projects comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards, including Dubai Municipality regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and fostering professional relationships. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and team cohesion. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training opportunities for team members. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the capacity and vision to grow both the team and the company’s business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Education:Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple construction projects, preferably in Dubai. Prior experience working with finance departments regarding budgeting is essential.
• Certifications:Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 license /PMP (Project Management Professional or similar certification is a plus.
• Skills:Strong knowledge of project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in budgeting and financial management. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities.

Working Conditions:

• The Project Manager will be required to travel to various job sites within Dubai.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
