Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive research projects, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of data collected.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to generate insights for strategic planning.
• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure that research supports current and future business initiatives.
• Monitor industry developments and competitive landscape to keep the organization informed of emerging trends and risks.
• Implement and refine research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Research Manager or similar role, with a strong background in real estate or market research.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or R).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading a research team and mentoring junior researchers.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in research outputs.
• Self-starter with a passion for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
