Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development and validation of new tire concepts from idea through to industrialization.
  • Lead the development and optimization of curing parameters for new and existing tire designs.
  • Transform prototypes results into reliable production ready processes for large scale manufacturing
  • Plan & execute curing trials, collect data & perform in-depth analysis to drive improvement
  • Collaborate closely with design, quality & production teams to ensure product consistency & performance
  • Identify opportunities for process innovation, efficiency & defect reduction
  • Prepare technical reports and present findings to support decision-making

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc degree Engineering Alexandria University or AAST Major Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (Class of 2023,2024, 2025)
  • Males with Military service defined (Exempted or Completed).
  • Alexandria Residence.
  • Male Candidates only.
  • Solid academic foundation on manufacturing processes, materials or related engineering fields
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret & apply technical data
  • Proficiency in CAD softwares (Autocad, Creo), Familiarity with statistical or engineering analysis tool is a plus
  • Effective Communication & teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to learning in an R&D environment
