Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and execute research and development projects for new home appliance products from concept through to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure product feasibility and innovation.
- Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new product development.
- Develop and test prototypes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and project reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product issues or failures.
- Evaluate and integrate new materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and sustainability.
- Support the transition of products from development to mass production, working closely with manufacturing teams.
- Participate in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies relevant to home appliances.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Male, live in 6th of October
- 3 to 7 years of experience in research and development, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to successful product development projects.
- Strong understanding of product design, prototyping, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and technical writing abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
