Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in writing different documents, articles, and research material related to Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Empowerment of People with Disabilities.
Support in curricula development for disability inclusion courses and assist delivery in one or many universities.
Reading books, journal articles, and publications for research purposes related to Entrepreneurship, Disability Inclusion.
Support the team in new research in the fields of disability inclusion management, leadership, and humanitarian programming.
Work on and contribute Assist in research work and publication in the fields of disability inclusion and entrepreneurship.
Organize meetings, surveys distribution and collection and focus groups.
Desired Candidate Profile
Research experience is a must
Knowledge in research techniques and methodologies
Masters or PhD student in Entrepreneurship, Business, Communications, Public Health, HR or inclusion.
Language: Arabic, English, (French is a plus).
Coordination and leadership skills (take initiative, solve problems)
Relational skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Mission-driven and social spirit
Academic curiosity is a must Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure
