Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The main duties of the research assistant include the following:
- Perform routine statistical data analysis, testing and review testing data and results to ensure compliance to appropriate test methods, specifications, and protocols.
- Modify and plan research experiments, procedures.
- Summaries raw data, data entry and data management.
- Working with data engineers to construct and maintain databases.
- Recognize anomalous and inconsistent results and interpret outcomes with guidance from more senior staff.
- May author technical reports and other associated documentation.
- Follow ethical standards to ensure confidentiality of clients and client services.
- Prepares analytical reports relative to research data.
- Assist and prepare research manuscripts for publication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Applicants must have an MS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, or related fields from a reputable university.
Applicants with BA degree with extensive research experience in the field will also be considered.
Applicants should also have research and outreach experience in the area of human resource management and related fields.
