Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R&D team in developing innovative detergent formulations and improving existing products.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct research on new raw materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to product safety, labeling, and environmental standards.
- Develop and manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, research institutions, and external partners to support innovation initiatives.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering creativity and technical excellence within the R&D team.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience not less than 8 years in Liquid and powder detergents, and soap production.
- Strong background in quality management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
