Job Description:
Within the Design Office and reporting to the Project Manager, you will hold the position of Design Engineer, responsible for handling non-conformities in aeronautical components.
You will join a multidisciplinary team working on issues of numerical simulation, mechanical calculation, and technical justification following the detection of non-conformities in mechanical parts.
In this role, you will be required to perform static and/or fatigue calculation analyses, using analytical tools and numerical simulation software, to guarantee the conformity and mechanical strength of the parts concerned.
Job Requirements
: You hold an engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical engineering and possess knowledge of numerical calculation and finite element analysis.
- You have significant experience in numerical computation, ideally acquired in the aeronautics sector.
- You have a good level of proficiency in CATIA.
- You have a good understanding of strength of materials (SOM).
- You have a good level of French and English, both written and spoken.
- You demonstrate rigor, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
