Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct technical studies in Fire Detection and Extinguishing in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
- Develop overall plans, master plans and scenarios based on the specifications.
- Produce the execution plans using AutoCAD
- Prepare the execution files and the As-Built Documentation (DOE)
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, budgetary constraints and deadlines
- Participate in the preparation and submission of tender documents
- Provide technical support to the sales department and participate in client presentations
- Apply quality procedures and ensure reporting to the Technical Manager
Formation :
- Associate's degree (2-year post-secondary diploma) or Bachelor's degree (3-year post-secondary diploma) in electricity, electrotechnics or low-voltage systems
- Experience in low-voltage systems
- Knowledge of the Fire Detection and Extinguishing sector (major asset)
- Knowledge of SSI standards and APSAD rules (R7, R13)
- My proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD)
- Good mastery of the Office suite (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of low-voltage electricity
- A service-oriented mindset and a sense of professionalism
- Rigour, organisation and respect for deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
