Research Specialist Almoosa Specialist Hospital

Duties and Responsibilities:
R esponsibilities include coordination and close monitoring of research projects.
Assisting in the progress of project deliverables and studies implementation.
Responsible for providing moderate to advanced range of coordination of Research studies conducted at ASH.
Works under general direction of the research center director.
Responsible for research-related tasks (organization, editing/writing related to project deliverables including research reports, manuscripts and proposals).
Establishes liaisons with relevant parties at ASH that may include: doctors, medical technicians, nurses and clinical information system.
Assists with the recruitment and enrollment of studies participants, research data collection and other required study coordination activities.
Regular, professional communication with assigned project teams.
Ensures accurate execution of research protocols in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and local and international obligations to patients.
Interfaces directly with patients/subjects and Principal Investigators.
Drafts posters and abstracts for research center events.
Conducts literature reviews for proposals and manuscripts.
Performs other related research duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in statistics, mathematics or health related sciences, with excellent training in research methodology and biostatistics.
Research coordinator certificate
GCP certificate
Professional experience:
Bachelor degree with at least 2 years experience in research coordination.
Specialized skills :
Strong knowledge in research methodology, GCP and research ethics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize competing demands efficiently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
