Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their reservation needs, confirming bookings, and providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Reservation Agent, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clientele, ensuring that their reservations are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be expected to handle inquiries professionally and support customers with any questions about their reservations, services provided, or other related concerns. Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming reservation inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain clear and concise records of all bookings and guest information.
  • Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as per customer requests.
  • Provide guests with detailed information regarding offers, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure special requests are fulfilled.
  • Assist with handling customer complaints, providing ideal solutions promptly.
  • Process payments and produce customer receipts accurately and timely.
  • Promote and recommend services and packages to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing reservations and sales data.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and offers for effective communication.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or reservation role.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and customer management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
