Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every booking (OTA, Property Finder, bayut, dubizzle).
Provide personalized service to your clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and special requests to find the perfect apartment.
Keep up-to-date with promotional offers, packages, and policy changes to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
Handle modifications and cancellations of reservations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
Desired Candidate Profile
+2 years in the Holiday Homes and Hospitality industry
1-3 years of experience in a reservation, sales or customer service role
Proficiency in reservation software Hostaway and CRM System.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
