Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in making and managing reservations for hotel accommodations, flights, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding availability, pricing, and policies.
- Process reservations and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer profiles and preferences in the reservation system.
- Assist with group bookings and special events.
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in planning their travel itineraries.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent education required.(Diploma in Tourism preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and payments.
