Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and reservations for car rental and limousine services via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Accurately input and manage reservation details in the company s booking system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to confirm vehicle availability and optimize scheduling.
  • Provide detailed information to clients regarding vehicle options, pricing, terms, and additional services.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or changes to reservations promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, provide reminders, and ensure satisfaction throughout the reservation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and policies to effectively assist clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in reservation or CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
