Job Description

As a Reservation Executive (Concierge), you play a vital role in the hospitality industry, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Your main focus is to manage reservations and provide detailed assistance with guests' inquiries, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. You will handle various tasks, such as coordinating room bookings, arranging transportation, and scheduling leisure activities. Your keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and hotel staff. Your proactive approach in anticipating and addressing guests' needs is crucial to enhance their experience and uphold the establishment's reputation for superb service. You will also be essential in problem-solving and providing creative solutions to accommodate guests requests while maintaining operational efficiency.


Responsibilities
  • Manage room reservations efficiently and maintain up-to-date booking records.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, enhancing their overall experience during stay.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Assist guests by recommending and booking local attractions and dining options.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an organized system for managing guest requests and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors to organize guest services.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships to procure best services for guests.
  • Monitor and control daily reservation operations, ensuring optimal efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on bookings, cancellations, and special requests as needed.
  • Provide training to new staff on reservation protocols and guest service standards.
  • Implement effective methods to manage peak times and ensure booking accuracy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in reservations or concierge roles needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to situations.
  • Proficiency with hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite needed.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while delivering high-quality guest service.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
