Roles & Responsibilities

The Reservations team manages all bookings for the private excursions lounge, focusing on corporate tours, travel agency partnerships, and online reservations through the official contact channels. They ensure smooth coordination of schedules and special requirements, providing a streamlined and organized booking experience that caters to the unique needs of each group and client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking Management: Handle all reservations for the VIP Lounge, including corporate tours, travel agency partnerships, and online bookings.
  • Schedule Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of schedules to accommodate all reservations effectively.
  • Special Requirements: Address and manage specific guest needs or requests to provide a personalized booking experience.
  • Client and Group Services: Cater to the unique needs of various client types, ensuring an organized and seamless process.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with travel agencies and corporate partners to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
