Reservations Agent

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent (Female) to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all guest inquiries related to room reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Process reservations accurately using the hotel s Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure all bookings are entered with correct guest details, special requests, and billing information.
• Respond to guest questions regarding rates, availability, hotel services, and policies.
• Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with the front office, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth pre-arrival arrangements.
• Monitor daily availability and forecast occupancy to support inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reservation reports as required.
• Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures in every interaction.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or reservations training is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
