Maintain reservation files and correspondence in an organized manner

Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth operations

Assist with large events, hotel functions, and new openings when required

Provide confirmation and cancellation details to guests via phone or email promptly

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, departmental goals, and brand standards

Deliver professional guest service while resolving inquiries and requests with efficiency
