Job Summary-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to assist customers with booking reservations for travel accommodations, dining, or events.

Job Responsibility-

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking reservations
• Providing information on availability, pricing, and amenities
• Processing reservations accurately in the system
• Handling customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
• Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with reservation systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
