Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
  • Process reservations in accordance with hotel standards and brand guidelines.
  • Maximize room occupancy and revenue by using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel facilities.
  • Ensure accuracy in guest profiles, billing instructions, and special requests.
  • Assist with group bookings and coordinate with Sales & Events for special requirements.
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor availability and adjust reservations accordingly to optimize room inventory.
  • Resolve guest issues and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in reservations role in a luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
