Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest calls, emails, and reservation requests efficiently and professionally
  • Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations through approved systems
  • Apply sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
  • Support Marriott Rewards transactions, including point redemptions and account updates
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Data Administration teams to resolve guest issues
  • Offer approved complimentary benefits where appropriate to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles
  • Promote brand standards and service excellence internally and externally
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, email correspondence, and data entry
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines
