Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest calls, emails, and reservation requests efficiently and professionally
- Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations through approved systems
- Apply sales techniques, including upselling, to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Support Marriott Rewards transactions, including point redemptions and account updates
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Data Administration teams to resolve guest issues
- Offer approved complimentary benefits where appropriate to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles
- Promote brand standards and service excellence internally and externally
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, email correspondence, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines

Ideal Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in reservations, customer service, or hotel sales support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with reservation systems and basic office software
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
