Reservations / Core Assistant Manager Four Seasons Hotel

About the Role
Join our pre-opening team as Reservations / Core Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Reservations / Core Manager, you will support the setup and daily operation of both reservations and core systems, ensuring a seamless booking process and operational efficiency from pre-opening through the resort s daily operations.

What You Will Do

• Support pre-opening tasks including reservations system setup, inventory loading, rate configuration, and team onboarding.

• Assist in creating standard operating procedures for reservations and core system processes to ensure readiness for opening.

• Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring prompt handling of bookings and guest inquiries.

• Manage rate and inventory control in coordination with Revenue and Sales teams.

• Support in maintaining and troubleshooting core operational systems to ensure accuracy and performance.

• Handle VIP, group, and special reservations with a focus on personalized guest service.

• Prepare and analyze reservations and system reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

• Assist in training and coaching the reservations team to uphold Four Seasons service standards.

• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure smooth transitions from reservation to guest arrival.

What You Bring

• Experience in reservations operations within luxury hospitality, with exposure to core system management preferred.

• Knowledge of reservations platforms (PMS, CRS) and core systems supporting hotel operations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and systems management experience.

• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
