Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process and manage reservations through reservation management systems with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing professional and courteous service
  • Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation databases in real-time
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests from guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any booking-related issues
  • Manage group reservations and negotiate rates when appropriate
  • Monitor reservation trends and provide insights to support revenue optimization strategies
  • Train and support team members on reservation procedures and customer service best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with professionalism

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality or travel industry

  • Proficiency with reservation management systems and software platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
  • Preferred: Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Preferred: Experience with specific reservation platforms such as Opera or similar systems
  • Preferred: Sales experience or background in luxury hospitality
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business culture and tourism practices
  • Required: Valid Saudi work authorization or Saudi national status
