• Oversee the processing of reservations (telephone, email, OTAs, agencies)
• Verify the accuracy of customer information and pricing
• Follow up on special requests (VIP, customer preferences)
• Managing changes, cancellations and no-shows

2. Team Management

• To supervise, train and motivate the team of reservation agents
• Organize the schedules and distribute the tasks
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
• Participate in performance evaluation

3. Revenue Optimization

• Implement the pricing strategy defined with the Revenue Manager
• Monitor key indicators (occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR)
• Propose upselling and cross-selling actions
• Check room availability across different channels

4. Relation client

• Guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience from the moment of booking
• Handling reservation-related complaints
• Ensure smooth communication with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping)

5. Reporting and monitoring

• prepare daily and monthly reports
• Analyze the service's performance
• Manage group and corporate bookings.
