Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and digital channels, providing optimal travel options tailored to their needs.
- Make domestic and international flight reservations using global distribution systems (GDS).
- Arrange and book comprehensive travel services including hotels, serviced apartments, transfers, car rentals, and cruises worldwide.
- Issue, modify, and cancel flight tickets in accordance with airline policies and fare rules.
- Accurately review passenger details before ticket issuance to ensure data accuracy.
- Offer professional advice to clients regarding destinations, promotions, and travel packages.
- Monitor and follow up on bookings from confirmation to trip completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage urgent changes or cancellations efficiently and with high flexibility.
- Organize and design tour packages for various global destinations.
- Facilitate and process travel visa applications for different countries.
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and enhance service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
