u>Key Objectives/u>
- Provide assistance to Reservoir Engineers during development of workover and capacity enhancement opportunities, and production forecasts.
- Assist with the development and implementation of reservoir/well surveillance plans.
- Identify, implement and monitor capacity enhancement opportunities.
- Prioritize Wellwork and Reservoir surveillance activities
- Perform and / or assist with analysis of production performance data:
- Track trends, patterns and other characteristics.
- Share views on the interpretation of data.
- Prepare recommendations to address performance gaps / business improvement needs.
- Develop progress reports against agreed Res. Eng. work plans, prepares contingency plans & recommends changes to work program based on findings.
- Adhere to professional standards and practices.
- Maintain OFM databases and generate standard reports as requested
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Access databases
- Use of ARCGIS for surveillance mapping
Desired Candidate Profile
Expected:
- Minimum of 8 year experience in Reservoir Engineering
- Petroleum Engineering skills for Reservoir Surveillance
- Formation evaluation and Production Logging skills
- Microsoft Office expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- OFM and ARCGIS experience
- IPM experience, particularly in PROSPER and GAP
- Data management
- Analytical skills / problem solving. Highly organized and able to multi task.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Oil Field Manager (OFM) tool
- Integrated Production Modeling (IPM Mbal, Prosper, and Gap)
