Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Support the overall management of residences operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Resident Services
- Act as a senior operational lead in the absence of the Residences Manager
- Ensure all areas of the property consistently meet The Ritz-Carlton brand standards
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to maintain exceptional presentation across all spaces
Resident Experience
- Champion a personalised, anticipatory service culture aligned with luxury residential living
- Engage directly with residents to understand preferences, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships
- Translate feedback into actionable improvements that elevate the resident experience
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and inspire operational teams to deliver exceptional service
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support daily briefings and embed service excellence behaviours across all interactions
Performance & Commercial Focus
- Support the management of departmental performance, including occupancy, expenses, and service delivery metrics
- Review operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction
Stakeholder & Owner Engagement
- Support the Residences Manager and General Manager in maintaining strong relationships with ownership
- Contribute to operational updates and provide context to performance where required
- Operate effectively within a high-profile, owner-led environment
Desired Candidate Profile
You are a confident and polished hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and leading high-performing teams.
Experience & Background
- Experience in Rooms Operations, Front Office, or Residences within a luxury hospitality or high-end residential environment
- Strong understanding of service delivery within premium or luxury brands
- Exposure to multi-departmental operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services)
Education
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Leadership & Personal Attributes
- Highly service-oriented with a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Commercially aware, with the ability to balance service excellence and performance
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and owners
- Agile and adaptable, with the ability to perform in a dynamic, pre-opening or evolving environment
