Position Overview
Six Senses The Palm Dubai is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Residences Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations for its exclusive residences. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and operational efficiency while supporting the Director of Residences in delivering an exceptional luxury living experience. The ideal candidate will combine leadership excellence with a passion for sustainability, organization, and refined service.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain luxury standards across residences and public areas
* Ensure all facilities and services meet Six Senses brand expectations and sustainability principles
* Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and operational consistency
* Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, and F&B to meet resident and guest needs efficiently
* Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence
* Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage department budgets effectively
* Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation
* Manage laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality service for guest and staff linen requirements
* Coordinate with maintenance and safety teams to uphold property condition and guest safety standards
* Prepare and analyze reports on performance, productivity, and service quality to identify improvement opportunities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Minimum of four years housekeeping or laundry management experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment
* Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple operational areas efficiently
* Strong knowledge of housekeeping systems, chemical handling, and inventory control
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a service-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
