Resident Engineer (RE) – Civil K5 Real Estate Consultant

Seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to oversee and manage all civil works on site. The successful candidate will act as the consultant’s senior representative, ensuring projects are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract conditions, and authority regulations.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Consultant’s authorized Resident Engineer on site

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities, including structural, architectural, and infrastructure works

• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and client representatives

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved schedules

• Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required

• Chair site meetings and prepare technical reports and progress updates

• Certify work completion, variations, and recommendations for payments

• Ensure compliance with local authorities’ requirements and UAE construction standards

• Lead and manage site supervision teams, inspectors, and engineers
