What You ll Do

* Manage daily operations of large-scale infrastructure construction projects in Dubai
* Supervise and lead teams of Assistant Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and Quantity Surveyors
* Ensure construction activities meet health, safety, environmental, quality, and budgetary requirements
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
* Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation
* Oversee risk management, addressing technical and financial challenges proactively
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting for timely delivery
* Lead communication and coordination with clients, PMCs, contractors, and local authorities
* Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and permitting processes
* Provide leadership in problem-solving, constructability reviews, and design-build project management

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
* Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience, with at least 10 years in managerial or technical lead roles on major infrastructure projects in Dubai
* Strong background in health, safety, and environmental management for complex underground and large-scale works
* Proven track record of managing design & build projects in the UAE/GCC
* Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
* Proficiency in project management and construction software tools
* Fluent in English with excellent report writing and presentation skills
* Must be available in UAE for in-person interviews
* Knowledge of Dubai permitting, statutory approvals, and local authority requirements
