Position Overview

Parsons Corporation is hiring an experienced Resident Engineer (Infrastructure, Landscape & Irrigation) to lead construction supervision and project execution for major infrastructure and landscaping developments in Dubai. The role involves managing engineering scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with Dubai authority standards.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee and manage infrastructure, landscape, and irrigation project activities to ensure compliance with approved design and specifications.
* Develop scope of engineering work, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
* Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and vendors to align technical and contractual requirements.
* Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards, codes, and quality requirements.
* Monitor project progress, productivity, and performance of assigned technical staff, making adjustments as needed.
* Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training and development of project team members.
* Lead interdisciplinary coordination between design, construction, and technical support teams.
* Support the Project Manager in planning, directing, and supervising project execution.
* Review change orders, assess scope variations, and manage technical and contractual documentation.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and Dubai government authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with NOC and commissioning procedures.
* Ensure strict adherence to project health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Prepare and present progress reports, technical correspondence, and documentation for management and clients.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil or Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation projects.
* At least 2 years of direct experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in Dubai.
* Strong knowledge of Dubai authority NOC procedures, commissioning requirements, and regulatory standards.
* Comprehensive understanding of engineering, construction, and industry best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Proficient in CAD and related engineering software.
* Solid understanding of construction health, safety, and environmental practices.
