Lead all aspects of daily operations for the property.

Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and standards.

Oversee the final fit-out and ensure readiness for opening.

Manage budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability.

Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Foster a positive and engaging environment for both residents and staff.

Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategic planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality, student housing, or property management.

Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills.

Financial acumen, including P&L understanding and budget oversight.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance empathy with firmness in decision-making.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, property management systems, and digital communication tools.
