Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Quality Resident, you are the quality representative on the client site . You ensure the follow-up of non-conformities, the management of quality incidents and contribute to customer satisfaction in real time.
Main missions
- Ensuring quality presence at the customer's (OEM / equipment manufacturer) site
- Perform product checks (inspection, sorting, retouching)
- Managing non-conformities and customer complaints
- Managing corrective action plans (8D)
- Analyze the root causes (5 Whys, Ishikawa, QRQC)
- To act as the interface between the client and the supplier
- Monitor quality indicators (PPM, incidents, feedback)
- To produce structured and regular reporting
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Exp rience
- Minimum 2-5 years in automotive quality
- Exp rience en r sident qualit / customer quality / supplier quality souhait e
- Field experience in an industrial environment required
Comp tences techniques
- My mastery of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, QRQC
- Management of non-conformities and quality incidents
- Reading plans and technical requirements
- Good mastery of computer tools
Behavioral skills
- Excellent communication (customer interface)
- R activity and emergency management
- Rigour and analytical skills
- Customer focus and results
LANGUAGES
- French: fluent (required)
- English: professional (preferred)
