Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for operational management, customer communication and performance monitoring, while ensuring quality of service and compliance of services.
Main missions
Operational management
- Supervise and coordinate quality residents across different sites
- Organize and monitor activities (planning, resources, priorities)
- To guarantee the quality and conformity of the services performed
Interface client
- to be the main point of contact for clients
- Ensure communication and follow-up of requests
- Monitor customer satisfaction and manage escalations
Performance tracking
- Analyze the indicators (quality, productivity, incidents)
- Implement and monitor improvement plans
- Ensure regular reporting
Administrative management & invoicing
- Track the services provided
- Validate and consolidate the billing elements
- Maintaining communication with internal teams (finance/HR)
Support technique
- Supporting teams on quality issues (8D, defect analysis)
- Providing support in critical situations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in Quality / Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience in automotive industrial quality
- Experience in team coordination or multi-site management
- Good mastery of quality tools (8D, FMEA, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Excellent communication and customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
