1. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties
• Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and issue resolution
• Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper upkeep
• Manage and supervise contractors, service providers, and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with local housing, safety, and property regulations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to properties and tenants

2. Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in residential property management and maintenance
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
• Knowledge of basic budgeting, reporting, and maintenance planning
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented approach
