Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage general accounting.

  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; prepare financial statements in collaboration with finance team.

  • Oversee invoicing, payments, cash flow, and credit management.

  • Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and industry-specific regulations, safety certifications etc.

  • Coordinate administrative processes for retail projects.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for management.

  • Manage relationships with banks, suppliers, auditors, and external consultants.

  • Optimize administrative procedures and digital tools to improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–10 years of relevant work experience in the same domain.

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and English

  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and Excel.

  • Demonstrated experience in design, retail, construction, or related industries.

  • Proven background in administrative and/or finance roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and tax regulations.

  • Familiarity with project-based cost control and supplier management.

  • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and autonomy.
