FUNCTIONS

The Head of Alternative Investment is responsible for the origination, execution and monitoring of client assistance missions for the structuring of alternative financing solutions including infrastructure financing, private debt, securitization and private equity.

He supervises a team of junior and senior analysts and coordinates internal (legal department, accounting department, etc.) and external (co-advisors, service providers, etc.) stakeholders and develops their skills in the analysis and structuring of alternative assets.

It also guarantees the quality of service to customers and compliance with current regulations.

- Ensure the development of the client portfolio

- Negotiate the terms of the mandates

- Supervise financial modeling: business plan and valuation

- Supervise the implementation of strategic and financial diagnostics

- Supervise due diligence of client projects

- Supervise the production of client deliverables and ensure quality and compliance with deadlines

- Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting

- Recruit, train and develop a team of junior and senior analysts

- And generally, monitor the proper execution of missions and maintain relationships of trust with prospects, clients, regulatory authorities and partners

Profile sought:

- Business school, university or engineering school with a specialization in finance

- 10 years of professional experience

- Consulting firms, Investment banks, Transaction services, Project management of large infrastructure groups, infrastructure investment funds

- Proficiency in corporate finance, financial modeling and risk management

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills

- Culture of innovation

- Mastery of office tools

- French / English / Arabic
