Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsable Back Office et IT
- Creation of customer files
- Track customer receivables
- Report the checks to the shipping supervisor
- Coordinate with the general and commercial staff, and monitor reporting.
- Analysis of customer data (contact rate, revenue per lab, etc.)
- Manage access to information systems
- Ensuring network maintenance, remote access, and new machine installation
