Roles & Responsibilities

Responsable Marketing Digital & Communication


develop and manage the digital marketing and communication strategy in line with the school's objectives.

  • Develop and monitor digital acquisition campaigns (social networks, Google Ads, emailing, etc.).
  • Manage and run the school's official social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create high added value visual and editorial content (videos, reels, testimonials, thematic campaigns).
  • Ensure consistency of the brand image across all media (website, print, digital).
  • Monitor marketing performance (traffic, leads, registration rates) and report to Management.
  • Work closely with the Pedagogical Director and the Technical-Pedagogical Manager to ensure alignment between communication and pedagogy.
  • Organize and promote key school events: open days, parades, competitions, registration campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in digital marketing, communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a school, agency or educational structure.
  • Excellent mastery of tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative, results-oriented mind with a good visual culture and an understanding of the fashion world.
  • Good writing skills (French required, English preferred).
  • Sense of leadership and responsibility.
  • Strategic vision and capacity to innovate.
  • Team spirit and sense of collaboration.
  • Ability to work on objectives and be accountable.
  • Taste pronounced for fashion, education and creation.
